iTunes movies unwatchable, i.e. dedicated video ram on Windows 10

Hi,

I've been having problems with playing movies on this laptop, where all the movies I've bought on iTunes are super choppy, pixelated and laggy to the point of being unwatchable. Sound and video will not be in sync for 90% of the movie and the video stutters and stops then fast forwards. For DVDs played on VLC I had been having similar problems, but I now use Media Player Classic and am now able to watch most DVDs fine, although they often take a long time to load. If I'm streaming video or watching videos in Youtube, I can generally watch videos without major problems, even if I'm also using Photoshop and Lightroom at the same time?

Please help.
