Instant Star » Songs missing on Music app playlists

The problem I'm having is: I copy my music folder onto my computer and then erased it from my phone (all this steps where made on my computer, not my phone, my Xperia was plugged in "Media transfer mode" on my laptop and all the changes where made from my desktop), i backup all my other folders and then unplugged my phone, I realized that i haven't backup my playlists (i didn't know where are they stored at first) and they are so important to me, i've spent weeks creating them.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
