What games can I play without lag on my current setup?

hat are the games I can play without any fps drops or lags on my computer(Latest release date preference)? I ask this because many games which are supposed to be playable on my computer like GTA 5, NFS Rivals, Assassin's Creed 3 don't work properly and provides unplayable framerates after a few minutes.
Get an Entire new processor, if you play high quality games that are new then a i5 is not going to do. While at it I would also get a new Graphics Card.
If you have a laptop in which you can't change specs then I would consider getting a desktop, for their more stable etc.
